These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the services provided by Quick Leads LLC ("Quick Leads") including content creation, social media management, and the software tool provided by HighLevel, Inc. ("Software Tool"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use our services.

1. Subscription and Payment

1.1. Quick Leads offers a monthly subscription service to organizations and individuals. The pricing details and payment methods are specified on our website and may be subject to change.

1.2. All subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription period.

2. Use of Services

2.1. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when using our services. Quick Leads is not liable for any consequences resulting from inaccurate or outdated information.

2.2. Quick Leads grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software Tool for the duration of your subscription. You agree to use the Software Tool in compliance with the terms and conditions set by HighLevel, Inc.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1. All content created by Quick Leads, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and videos, is the exclusive property of Quick Leads. Quick Leads retains all rights, title, and interest in the content.

3.2. When Quick Leads provides content to an organization, the organization is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for its intended purposes.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1. Quick Leads shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

5.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Montana, United States.

5.2. Any dispute arising from the use of Quick Leads LLC's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Montana, United States.

6. Modifications

6.1. Quick Leads reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after the modifications will signify your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
